PA program

Pilot Assistance Basic Training orients new volunteer Pilot Assistants and is a refresher for Pilots already in the role. We present the concepts and protocols of the Pilot Assistance Program and discuss the tools and resources available to best help peers. Additionally, Pilot Assistants will learn best practices for referring individuals who are experiencing issues that are impacting their performance.
